We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Do you offer assembly services for power racks and functional trainers?
Currently, we do not provide direct assembly services. However, all our equipment comes with detailed digital and physical manuals, and we partner with third-party service providers in many areas to assist with professional installation.
What kind of warranty comes with REP Fitness products?
We stand behind our quality. Most of our frames and structural welds feature a lifetime warranty, while wearable parts like cables, pulleys, and upholstery typically carry a 1-year to 3-year limited warranty.
Can I track my freight shipment?
Yes. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
